I can say that i am more than pleasantly surprised by their willingness to satisfy customers and i will definitely consider them in future purchases. <br><br>I ordered the Denon-AHD2000 headphones from them on 4\/20\/12 in the afternoon with 10 dollars for regular UPS ground shipping. Come Tuesday my order status is still processing so i give them a call and they said i had to verify my shipping address and that i would receive a tracking number by 5 pm. Today (Wednesday) i check my order status and it still says processing. I give them a call again and the lady on the phone again tells me i need to verify my address. I tell her that i had been told that and had done that the day before and she puts me on hold. She comes back and tells me that they had forgot to \u0022authorize\u0022 the shipping address yesterday so my order will go out as soon as possible. <br><br>Even with free shipping, much less having to pay 10 dollars for it, i expect the product to be shipped out promptly. If a customer calls, make it a priority to fix your first mistake instead of \u0022forgetting\u0022 to do so. Extremely dissatisfied with this business. "I ordered a some replacement projector lamps. There were some issues with credit card billing. But once I called in, the customer service was very nice and helpful, and they resolved the issue. Prices are good too."
