Called customer service and an answering machine asked to leave a message. After 6 times and threatened to cancel and dispute the charges. John called back after 5 mins, saying they have all the parts and were shipped that day. When we received the parts, after a week. They were not the parts we ordered and some were missing. A complaint is being filed with the BBB. Then nothing happens.<br><br>I\u0027m in Canada and the international shipping is determined after the order goes in. That didn\u0027t stop them for charging for all the parts immediately. The instructions were I\u0027d be contacted within a day with the shipping cost and then it would take 24 hours to ship.<br><br>A week after the order went in I hadn\u0027t been contacted about the shipping, so called and left a message. The following week still nothing, so I called my bank to cancel the credit card charge.<br><br>The autoresponse email that comes once the web order is placed has a link for Order Status, that just comes up with an error message on his site. It also has a link to this site.
