"I accidentally ordered the wrong part #....the part I actually needed was not listed on their site so I bought one elsewhere. Meanwhile, I called them (and sent two emails) to see if I could head off the part before it was shipped. Someone finally answered the 1-800 line listed on there website (after two days of repeated attempts - at least 10 tries). That person told me that they were not sure if it had been shipped yet but he would check in to it. He (the sales person) said that if it was shipped that I could refuse to receive it and as soon as it got back to them they would issue a full refund. He said if it was not shipped yet, they would simply cancel the sale and issue a refund immediately.....That same person said he would call me back in a few minutes. After not hearing back from him for two days, I wrote an other email and finally got a reply....and....here it is:
We apologize for the delay. Our accounting department has been notified of the situation. As spoken over the phone, we have not shipped out the package. We have cancelled the order #17045 and will provide you a refund back to your PayPal account today (April 27). Please note that the refund will be credited back to your in aproximately 48 hours. Once again, we apologize for the delay and hope you visit our store for your next purchase. If you have any other questions please call us at 1800-618-9592 or contact us via email at support@europortparts.com or at cristhian@europortparts.com.
OK...confusing at best, I waited 4 more days after receiving this email and filed a claim with Pay-Pal...still no refund though. Long story short, WATCH OUT for this outfit.
Follow up: I just got a call from a sales rep...nice guy, claimed that their was/is a problem with their pay pal situation. They said i would have a refund by the end of the day (5/3/12). Hey, everyone make s mistakes...I will upgrade my rating (as in a couple more stars) after/when/if I see the money. Update #2: I got a full refund (5/3/12)....Really nice fellas....I just think they are spread out a little to thin. Once they finally got to it, they bent over backwards to make things right."

"I ordered some parts from their website. I have sent several emails asking questions about it, and called them several times. i have gotten no response from either. UPS tracking says that the package was delivered to my house yesterday... but there is no package. is this website a scam????
UPDATE: still unable to contact anyone with this company and now the website is down. anyone know what I can do? they took my money already.
FINAL UPDATE: This website works! I received an Email and phone call from Euro Port Parts the day after I posted this review because they were notified that their was a negative review on their site. They claimed that they never received any Emails from me or Phone calls, due to their voice mail inbox being full. Once they had been reached, they were helpful working out the problems and shipped out the package again, which i received. I ended up getting my parts about a week after i should have, but they did what they could to make it right. "

"I ordered wiper blade refills from them, which according to their website would fit my vehicle. Well, they didn't and I tried several times to contact them about a return and they did not respond. Not impressed."
"I had a slight issue with the responsiveness of the company. Found out that their email system was down. They bent over backwards to correct any ill will. Great customer service fast shipper. Will buy from again. "
