Mid April would be in tune with the waiting period customer agreed to. She decided to cancel the order, which is understandable, and her order was canceled without any questions. "I would like to warn potential customers from awful service they supposed to get from Eyewearpros.com.
This company misleads their customers by publishing that they have the items in the stock, whereas actually they do not have. I had been wait for Oliver people's sunglasses during the whole month, and after enormous email exchange with their customer service , I eventually had canceled the order. Every time I had contacted their customer service, I was told that it should take another few days / week/ 1-2 weeks and eventually I was told that my item will arrive in mid of April, (month and a half after initial order date!!!). Really hard feeling of being misleaded for whole month. "
