"Bad experience. Order groupon for use toward this order. Order has been one month and no respond Email and call customer service with no respond again. Finally got two emails on the same day from them and both email said different things about my order. After that, no respond again. What a horrible service. Will not recommend or use at your own risk. Also, they are not the cheapest ull find."

"After placing order at excontactsusa i read some reviews here that really sacred me i called up customer service to make sure all is good and the lady was very nice about my concerns she said my glasses will be back from the lab the other day and the optician will inspect it if everything is fine it will ship the same day. 3 days later the glasses were delivered Thanks! and I can see:)! will definitelly shop again here

"I bought a groupon coupon for Lenses. received my order just a day later then estimated delivery, but was still worth it to discover this amazing website, because i got a pair of my long awaited Tiffany Eyeglasses for almost 50% cheaper then other online retailers.
I will definitely order from them again in the Future"

"I purchased a Groupon for contacts through this company. They sent us an email saying it would be 7-14 days. On the 17th day, we called back to change the shipping address because they still had not processed the order. We received another email on the 19th saying they would be processed within 5-7 days. Still nothing.

We have been on the phone with them for almost two weeks, everyday. There is no supervisor to talk to. They tell you they are going to ship your order and then will not give you a tracking number. There is no evidence that you will get your order. The customer service is terrible. Once you call in they can see your phone number and they screen the calls. If they have the number on file, they send to VM and don't answer. We had to call from two different lines.

These people are a scam. I finally after threatening to get a lawyer (I am in the process of doing so to figure out how to sue) and turning them into to the BBB, I had to cancel the order. There are many people out there who are going through this. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! There is an investigation.... so please stay away."

"Exactly the same story - I ordered a Groupon and have waited over a month for my contacts and, as such, have been forced to wear my current pair far beyond their expiration date.

I have been told on three separate occassions that my contacts would be shipped with the next few days and they have yet to show up. I have repeatedly requested a refund and they have not given me one.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
