"I really liked my experience buying my new pellet smoker/grill and pellets. I am new to the pellet smokers and the salesman Dan took a long time on several occasions telling me everything i needed to know on how to use my new smoker. He really gave me a wealth of knowledge on smoking meats, the difference in pellets, and was very helpful when i needed help with my order. I was very pleased and will use Firecraft exclusively when ordering my pellets and other grill supplies in future. I plan on calling Dan in the future to get more info on cooking meats on my new louisiana grill.
