"I have put orders on Focalprice since 01/2012 and I've never had a problem since they have been shipping orders with HongKong post and it wasn't more than 3 weeks that items were at my door. So, I always mentioned not only at focalprice message center but also at my paypal message to ship with HK post. But lately something changed: Althought I mentioned that I wanted shipping only with HK post and they replied to me: "Yes, surely we'll ship to you with HK" they made exactly the oppossite (shipping with CN). As a result, order FPTGJ72461LQ 4/19/2012 was shipped at 4/21/2012 05:41:31 still has no valid response and I don't know not only when to expect it but also where it is althought I have Tracking Number from 21/04/2012 . The same happened with orders:

FPTGS94403ZI 4/28/2012
FPTH823230AC 5/8/2012
It's a market you can't trust on what they say.

For answer to other clients for "cheap prices", I just tell you to put on google these words and compare real prices with other markets that when you tell them "I found it cheaper there", they immediatelly decrease their prices in order to be competitive.

GOOGLE THE PRODUCTS YOU SEE AT THEM (MANY TIMES THEY DON'T HAVE THE REAL NAME OF THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO BE DIFFICULT TO FIND) AND DECIDE. THE FACT THAT THEY HAVE WORLDWIDE ADVERTISMENTS DON'T MAKE YOU BEHAVE FOOLISLY. DECIDE BY YOUR OWN.

"I made an order 03/16/12. As mentioned in "My Focal Orderlist" the order No. FPTFG87247V8 was shipped 03/21/12, given tracking number didn't work. After creation of RMA Request at 04/24/12, I was told the order "was shipped out on 9th, April" and I must wait until 05/10/12. Now I can see the parcel just arrive at China Post office at 04/29/12! And nobody knows where it was within 40 days after "been shipped", and when it arrives to me. In my opinion this kind of making business is unfair. I doubt that I will buy anything from FP in future."

"Focalprice is incredible, their products are all great quality i've bought over 35 products and not one has ever broken or been bad quality and focalprice has some of the best prices on the whole internet."

"This store sucks. Purchased 3 items, 2 of them did not work. The one barely works and has a crack on it. Giving me a hard time for a refund, dont deal with them.

Update as of 5/14. I still didnt get a refund. After reading what I wrote here, all they did was send me an email stating to take off these comments and they will bribe me with $3. I said no and "Where is the refund?", then they said no refund until I remove these comments. Quote from FocalPrice: "Would you please change the comments and the grades at first? Your understanding will be greatly appreciated." So I filed a PayPal claim, again they said no refund, I sent them a video of the issue as proof, still no refund.

Update as of 5/15. So I finally got a refund, but only through PayPal's escalated claims process. PayPal decided within 24 hours in my favor instead of FocalPrice, it was a no brainer. So let it be known, FocalPrice will NOT refund you if you get a defective item. Dont buy the junk from them.

Funny, after I posted my last update, I get an email from FocalPrice stating they refunded me and to now remove my comments. No, PayPal refunded me not you, dont try and say it was you. From PayPal: "We have concluded our investigation into your claim...You have received a refund via PayPal.""

"I wrote them (RMA) " I see you refunded money with PayPal but i never recieve my money because i paid with the credit card not linked to Paypal account. You shoud to pay to the credit card/ If you needed i can tell you the way (bank elements and etc.) What are doing your staff? " But they do not answer. Continuation of this story. Staff awoked and answered at the morning : " Sorry for any inconvenience. My manager disagree to refund .Your order FPTFB76502QU was shipped on March 12 with tracking number RA461542831CN at first. However, the parcel was backloged by the post office. They just reshipped it out on April 28 with the same tracking number. Would you please wait for it? To express our regret for any delay, we would like to offer you a cupon for 3% discount as compensation. Your understanding will be greatly appreciated."
3 % compensaition? Very funny. Before they wrote: " 4/18/2012 02:15:07 Dear Noexploder, Sorry for the problem of the logistic company.The website was not updated. Would you mind we refund $150 as compensation first, if you still can not receive it two weeks later, we will refund you the other part, ok? Your understanding will be highly appreciated.

"I placed an order on 4/2. The tracking number said it would arrive on 4/25. Still haven't seen the items that i ordered and i can't seem to operate Focal price's really awful website to either send an email, request an RMA, or use the live help function.

I'm rather displeased and just want a refund, as clearly this is a scam.

Order number: FPTG2672179P.
I need a refund or i'll write reviews of my less than desirable experience on every website i can find."
