posted May-15-2012 “It was explained to the customer that these fans come to us OEM. These are not used, but will appear dirty due to the fact that they do not have any form of retail packaging and reside in a warehouse environment. These fans are often not compatible with certain dell motherboards and are often confused as defective only to test as functional when they arrive back to us. We offered to waive the restocking fee upon receipt of the return but the customer did not want to return them to us unless we paid the return shipping. We simply do not do this for incompatible equipment.”

I ordered a replacement fan for one of our office computers. The fan came in dirty and with signs of wear, and worst of all, it didnt work. When contacting the vendor, I learned to late that they do not stand by their products. $24.95 fan + $8 shipping. They do not offer return shipping for any devices. So if you recieve something bad, you have to ante up the return shipping. They also have a 20% restocking fee. Lets add this up...$24.95 fan + $8 shipping + $8 return shipping + 20% restocking fee. All in all...it would have cost $21 to get my $24.95 refund back on a defective product. It is not worth the pennies you save here, go with a more reputable site like NewEgg or Tiger Direct.<br><br>Did I mention, this was listed as the replacement fan for my computer model on their website. The only incompatible specification on this fan is that it is defective. A reputable vendor would take it back without charge, a lesser would claim it is incompatible and refer charges to the customer.
