posted May-15-2012 “It was explained to the customer that these fans come to us OEM. These are not used, but will appear dirty due to the fact that they do not have any form of retail packaging and reside in a warehouse environment. These fans are often not compatible with certain dell motherboards and are often confused as defective only to test as functional when they arrive back to us. We offered to waive the restocking fee upon receipt of the return but the customer did not want to return them to us unless we paid the return shipping. We simply do not do this for incompatible equipment.”
