"I placed an order for some 3d glasses which were backordered. I had no communication or idea of what was going on. I waited close to two months for notification about this and none was forthcoming. No apologies were made for the lateness. The only time I got any updates were when I asked and even then they were one liners just putting me off for a week at a time.

Terrible customer service."

“I apologize for the delay in your order.

This part is on backorder from Mackie. We should have notified you of this backorder within 24 hours of you placing the order. Apparently that didn't happen. I have asked our parts specialist to contact you with any updated information and to ask how you would like to proceed.
