Please read our disclosure on shipping carefully. If you have any questions, please contact us BEFORE you place an order. The customer in this case refused delivery first.”

1. CURBSIDE express delivery with lift gate is clearly indicated on the site and in this oder. $250 covers exactly these elements.
2. By the time this "review' was written, the merchandise was still IN TRANSIT. The delivery could not be possibly made in the rain, or in the yard, or "my wife was left with a fridge in the yard".”

I was recently in the market for a new top-loading washing machine. After approximately a week of searching I found the machine I wanted and had a good idea of the price range. Full House Appliances beat ALL other stores by more than $100.00 - including the shipping. I immediately placed an order. Within 24 hours I received an email ensuring my order was correct and I realized that I had not completed the shipping section correctly. I had indicated the washer was being shipped to the West coast versus the East. Thus, the shipping charges were incorrect. I emailed the company to let them know and was immediately contacted to correct the problem. The customer service representative advised me of the additional charges to ship coast to coast (from Washington to North Carolina). Even with the increase the cost was still less than the other sellers. I received my new washer one week later in pristine condition! I could not be happier with the cost, customer service, and delivery. Overall this was the BEST experiance buying a large appliance via the internet. We are remodeling our kitchen and I will certainly use Full House Appliances to replace all our kitchen appliances. "This is my second time I have ordered from Full House Appliance, I'm extremely impressed with this great service!! First let me tell you that I'm a small developer and mixed use property owner,(30 residential rentals & 20 commercial rentals), so what that means is that I'm always in the market for appliances!! I usually go on the web get the best price and shop the locals to see if they could match the price however this time I tried something new, and I was hesitant..But I must tell you after finding the best price at Full House and speaking with them to confirm the information, I don't think it's worth the time to go anywhere else!! sorry about rambling on.. to get to the point: my first order was two side by side independent Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer(19Cu ft each, So they are big.. I placed the order and got confirmation the next day and with in two days a trucking company called me to schedule my curbside delivery on the forth day, I was amazed!!!!!! I just ordered again: two dishwashers, I bet the truck is on it's way...So Far a very satisfied customer..thanks Full House keep up the good work!!!"
