You had emailed us on February 3, 2012 at 1:18pm. Your email was responded to on the same day exactly 1:29pm - that's 10 minutes after you emailed us.
It clearly states on our website that the item in question which you ordered ships within 7-14 business days. You had placed your order on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at 10:07pm. Your order was processed the next business day which was Monday, January 30, 2012. If we count 7-14 business days your order should have shipped between Tuesday, February 7 and February 15, 2012. Your order was actually shipped via FedEx (tracking number 048839160203729) on February 7th, 2012 (earlier rather than later) via FedEx and you received it on February 9, 2012.
So basically all of what you are saying is completely untrue. Sometimes we are really busy with the phones but we always respond to emails very quickly. Our system sends out invoices and shipping notifications automatically and I would suggest you check your email spam box.
I don't understand why you would write something like this about us. We really take pride in our customer service and we do everything possible to make our customers happy even when problems arise.

"Nice looking and well organized website. Excellent customer service. I ordered two products that supposed to complement each other in my garage. The next day customer service representative called and explained that the products will not match exactly, color wise, He offered a better solution which turned out to cost even less than what I ordered originally.
As an online consumer it is very assuring to know that someone is watching and making sure I don’t waste my money. I cannot imagine the hassle of returning such a large product not to mention the disappointment."
