"I have ordered from GiftCollector.com many times. They are quick to ship when the ordered item is in stock. They package breakable items very carefully prior to shipping, and I am convinced that they care about their customers. I have only one complaint about my experiences over the years. It seems that many of the items advertised on their website are not in stock and are backordered from the manufacturer, thus causing a delay of up to 6 weeks, in my experience. I wish there were a way, if feasible, for an item status to appear with each item shown. This could prevent subsequent customer frustration after an order has been placed. Being forewarned about potential delays would help in the decision as to whether to order the item in the first place. I can understand the need to keep inventory low, but it can be very disappointing for a customer to be told that what they have ordered will not be available, e.g., for 2 to 4 weeks."
"Gift Collector had the dishes that my future daughter-in-law wanted so she registered on this site. I'm sure she had no idea how long it would take for the items to be delivered. They were wrapped to protect the dishes but a month's delivery was a bit much. I ordered some additional items and am afraid that I won't receive them in time for her bridal shower."
