The email updates were prompt with letting me know at what step in the process my item was. Shipping was quick and tracking number posted by email. Item was as expected also. "I didn't actually order form them, because they wanted to charge me a "Low Order Fee" plus a large shipping fee which almost added up to the cost of the parts themselves. These were very small parts that could have been sent in the smallest USPS flat rate box.
"My initial experience with Goosegear.com was quite pleasant. Very good prices and very fast shipping.
Unfortunately, I received an incorrect part due to an engineering change that the manufacturer made somewhere along the line. After a few email exchanges, it was clear that Goosegear did not have the correct part, so they offered to provide a refund. So far so good.
With RMA in hand, I boxed up the parts and shipped them off to their supplier's warehouse at a different location in a different state. I was a little disappointed that I had to pick up the return shipping, but I understand this is their policy. Almost four weeks later, however, I had still not received a refund.
I contacted the company yet again to investigate. A few days later I was issued a $41 refund on a $75 order. First, I expected that due to all the confusion on part numbers and replacements that I would have been given a full refund. The published refund policy indicates that a restocking fee up to 20% could be charged. So, even in the worst case, applying a 20% fee and eliminating shipping from the order, I would have expected to be refunded somewhere around $53.44 or so.
At the time of writing this review, this issue has still not been resolved and I have had to get the credit card company involved to dispute the charge.
4/7/12 - Update - Tres Dotson has finally responded and provided a full refund considering all of the troubles. Looks like they came through in the end."

"Awesome...ordered one day and had the products on my door step the next day...You can't get better than that..
Will def be doing business with them again and have spread the word to my friends and neighbors..
The prices were unbeatable...The products were just as described and fit perfectly.
