"EDIT: Got print called me personally on the phone and ensured my issue was resolved following this complaint. Since this call was only after having posted a negative review on the web, I am still not upgrading the customer service rating, but am adding stars on other topics. I have not ever had issues on quality. The quality is fantastic.
BEFORE, NOTE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED NOW: Got Print is fabulous at one thing: quality of print for cheap. Their customer service TOTALLY SUCKS!!!! I am a graphic designer and have placed over 25 orders with them. However, when I pointed out a discrepancy in shipping prices on the product pricing page versus the check out cart, not only were they rude, they also weren't interested in fixing their own (problem) on their own site. Seriously, who doesn't want to fix problems on their site? GOTPRINT.COM! The first person I talked to online through the online chat, and they disconnected my chat. The second person I called on the phone. He was nice but agreed with me it was not accurate. When I stated they should change this, he said he would suggest it. Suggest it?! It's false advertising! Seriously, that could get them in big trouble. The quality of print is still fabulous either way. But, please no misleading figures on shipping, or at least state on the pricing page that the price is an "Estimate only," and may change upon checking out. "I ordered business cards from GotPrint, and I'm not very impressed. They said they had an instant online proof, that I never saw. What they did do was require you to have a larger card then what you would have printed so that they had an area to cut and the color would bleed. But what that actually resulted in was my card being off center, and too high. It wasn't at all what it looked like on the screen where they have you center it. They gave us cut guidelines where it would be cut somewhere between those lines, but obviously you have no control over if they cut right on one line next to the print area, and the other side they cut right at the farthest possible place away from the print area. I will not order from them again, and I won't recommend them either. If you do order from them, I highly recommend paying the extra money to have a physical proof copy sent to you."
"THEY HAVE YOUR NORMAL SHIPPING STUFF, ALL SORTS OF PAPER, RANDOM OFFICE SUPPLIES AND SOMETIMES YOU FEEL LIKE THIS IS HIGH.
I HAVE HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH THEM SO FAR. IT'S EASY TO UPLOAD THE FILES AND USE THEIR TEMPLATES.
THE STAFF IS PRETTY NICE. I CAN'T SAY I HAVE EVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR SERVICE OR PRINTING. MY PRODUCTS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME AND IN 100% CONDITION. I USE GOT PRINT FOR ALL MY CLIENTS AND PERSONAL NEEDS. "

"Over the past couple of years I have used GotPrint multiple times and their service has been awesome. Our first problem just occurred today. We needed to upload a HUGE file to them and their "reupload" link did not work properly. So we uploaded the file via sendthisfile.com and sent the email to them so they could download the file. Instead of them just getting the file and using it they kept demanding I use their upload link. The problem then is I am in a rural area with wireless broadband and not only is it very slow, but we only get so much bandwidth per month. The part that made it worse was the fact that the person on the phone was rude and less than helpful. Needless to say I was very sad as they have done so well in the past."
"Saw their 500 business cards offered for $8, went through with the order process until the end, then cancelled. Two big problems: 1. (this is why I didn't go thru with the order) They quoted ground shipping around $10. Way to lure you in with cheap product pricing & then hit you with inflated shipping! 2. They didn't accept a strong password since it had special characters in it (which is a good thing in a password), and their signup confirmation email had my password in clear text! Rather shocking in the 21st century, dealing with customers' confidential info in such a cavalier manner.
Can't rate their product, just commenting on the ordering process which was one of the worst I've seen on a major online seller in a while."
