posted Jan-27-2012 “Client requested cancellation on Jan 19th, refund was processed Jan, 24th and confirmation was emailed to client. We did not receive cancellation request client claims was email on Jan 12th. We have called and emailed client and are hopeful the matter is closed to his complete satisfaction.”
