"Overall I had a great experiece with HHGregg. The dryer came quickly and the delivery/installers were very friendly, and at the time I thought helpful and hard working. My one issue, which is why I only gave three stars is that they weren't able to stack the appliances like I originally wanted. They said they couldn't because the electrical cord for the dryer was too short and the washer couldn't be moved because it was attached to the waterlines behind the washer. We would have to call an electrician or plumber. So they left the stack kit and worked really hard to make the new (huge) dryer fit in the old (smaller) dryer's spot. After they left and closer inspection it appears there is no reason why the could not have stacked them. The water connections, the outlet for the washer and the outlet for the dryer were all on the same wall. It's very frustrating that we paid the money and now we will have to do it ourselves."
"My 51" Samsung TV was delivered on time and as advertised. Actually, they came much earlier than I expected. The two deliverymen were very courteous, setting up for DirecTV, moving the old TV in to another room for me and answered all questions to my satisfaction. So far, the TV is performing better then expected. They were very professional. I would recommend and use HHGregg delivery if needed in the future."
"I purchased a 50 pt. Haier dehumidifier from HH Gregg. When I set it up the float in the water bucket would not trip the switch to start/restart the dehumidifier. Haier items are nothing but junk. HH Gregg should remove them from their stock. When I returned the item even the staff members present commented that about half of the Haier items are returned as defective. On the up side the staff cheerfully accepted the return and refunded my money which I invested in another brand from another store."
"It was a decent experience. It was said that I would receive an email 3 days from when I placed my order to let me know when my order was available for pickup in store. It had been 4 days and had never received the email. I needed this order soon because it was a gift. So I went into the store and explained. They had my order in but had not informed me. They were nice about it but had I not gone in the store, I would not have gotten the gift in time. It was inconvenient but at least I got my order in time."

"I recieved my refrigerator on the 18 of April. I was not home at the time but my husband was. The service was okay other than the men did not hook up my refrigerator nor did they leave the H2O hook-up with my husband. I called the 1-800 number and I was told that i need to pick the H2O kit up...have not done that yet and I do not think I should have to go and get it either just because I place an order online to make it convient for me. My husband just went ahead to a hardware store to purchase a kit and I just plan to just get the kit (that I did not recieve) credited to my accounted. "
"So, I made a mistake on my order. I ordered refrigerator xxx2622 when I meant to order XXX2322. Both of them were the exact same price and I had been looking at them both. I went to call them to correct it and they were closed. By the time their customer service people were in, the price had gone up $20+. I told them that I had just looked at it two hours earlier and it was the same but they said that the price had gone up. OK, I'm a big boy, I made the mistake and figured what the heck, it is only $20.00. Then they tell me that they cannot credit the 10% coupon I had used on the first one to the second one because they were one time only use codes. I explained that, although it was applied to the first one, I was not going to receive the first one and therefore it really had not been used. The customer service rep would not budge. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that there was no supervisor in until the next day and that I would have to call back. I said ok, hung up the phone and started looking elsewhere for my purchase. Found the exact same refrigerator, washer and dryer at Best Buy for less. Call HHGREGG back and cancelled my order and placed one online with Best Buy. They delivered. Will never order from HHGREGG again. They still have not credited my card back for the charges. That was a week ago."
"I was very pleased with my online shopping experience at hhgegg where I purchase a new laptop. When I went to pick up the computer, I met Keith Oliver. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a flat screen tv and he spent a good deal of time showing me the options within my price range and size constraints, even coming out to the car to make sure that a 42 inch would fit in my trunk. With his help I chose a 42 inch LG with 1080 resolution and 120 HZ and an LG blu-ray player plus an HTMI cable. Everything is hooked up and the picture is wonderful. My cable tv technician asked me where I bought the TV and when said what a great experience I had with Keith, he said that I should recommend him to all of my friends and I certainly will."
