posted Feb-13-2012“We were glad we were able to assist this customer with their order. Due to the size and weight of their order, we had to find a cheaper shipper for the customer and the order went out one day later than expected. Unfortunately, emails crossed like ships in a big sea and our customer was in the dark for that day of research. We are hoping to automate that research soon so as to minimize the inconvenience to the customer!”
