I looked up his order and assured him that the fee was the cheapest that FedEx had to offer. Our site is linked directly into the FedEx and UPS rating databases and they send back the shipping fee to the order based on weight, size and destination zip code. What they charge for the shipment is exactly what is shown on the screen at the time of ordering. We do not add any mark-up or profit margin to our shipping cost. We uphold our philosophy of lowest prices possible and honest shipping fees.
