This was the first time I ever ordered from this company and most certainly will be the LAST, will also be filing a report with the BBB since the acclaimed score with them is supposedly an A-. And to add insult to injury...once the parcel was delivered....I as in ME had to pay the \u0022EXTRA SHIPPING\u0022 postage $4.75. Never have I seen the most unorganized and ridiculous problems like I have with the company. How in the world these people stay in business is beyond me. "Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Placed my order on 4/09/12, my credit card was charged on 4/10/12 but the invoice was dated 5/01/12 with delivery on 5/02/12. Seems Healthcare Supply Pros didn't bother to ship my order until I sent them an email asking for an ETA on delivery."
