I asked for the refund and it was sent back to me immediatly. I did end up buying the heatsink at the companys other website - Frozen CPU - . That item was sent out right away and arrived in excellent condition. The buying experience with this company and the sister company Frozen CPU were excellent and I would have no reservations about buyng from either of them again.
