"All I want to do is find out my backorder. I have written three times. I could not find my backorder in my account. Where did it go? WHY IS THERE NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO ANYONE? That doesn't seem legal when you are running a business. I am sitting on pins and needles about my returns too and if I will even see a credit.
If I don't get a response in the next couple of days, I will cancel the backorder and lodge complaints also...everywhere...and my credits better show up in the appropriate amount even with the over the top 30% restocking fee....and what about my free shipping??? This company is a mess! BBB here I come!"
"Placed an order last week and noticed the money ($263)was debited from my account the next day. So far I have sent three emails requesting an update of my purchase, but received no response. Does anyone have a telephone # for this company. I do not have a good feeling about this company. On Monday, 5/14/12, I will go to my bank and report this as a fraudulent charge. My bank will take care of them. I will call Channel 5 (KPHO)in Phoenix, AZ, and will also file a report with the AZ state attorney's office.
I give this company's customer service a unfavorable rating."

We got spoiled with civilized service of Internet companies, such as returns and refunds, cancelation of orders, toll free numbers to discuss the issues, etc, Nothing of that applies to homeproductstogo.com. Any return is subject to 30% penalty. Ever heard of that? I did not. Judging by the time syamp on their confirmation, they are located four hours East of NY, in S.America US laws do not apply to them. They are evading taxes and IRS should be going after them. There is no physical address and no phone number. I tried to cancel the order 200010770 I placed on 05-09-12, 15 minutes after I placed it – my e-mails (the only way to communicate with this strange company) did not get any response. But my MasterCard was charged instantly and a heavy sink I did not order was shipped to me. Well, I hope to get protection from CC.
STAY AWAY – THERE ARE OTHER CIVILIZED COMPANIES ON THE WEB. "

"I am at my wit's end with this group. They are unresponsive. I have emailed them five times regarding my receipt of damaged goods. I have filed a damage claim with FedEx and with them per their website instructions. I ordered a Rheem Tankless hot water heater; it arrived with concealed damages. FedEx directed me to Quality Products Warehouse and Elemental Partners as shippers. Elemental Partners denies knowledge of the shipping order. The order is a critical path item for a construction project. Since I have had no response, I feel that my only alternative is to file a reimbursement claim with VISA, pursue any legal avenues available with the NY Attorney General's office, and file a complaint with Oregon's Attorney General Consumer Division as they shipped the product to Oregon. If you do not care about receiving what you ordered and paid for, then do business with this group."
"WOW!!! Like many other reviewers, I stupidly placed an order for a BLANCO sink 440149. Even though I was under the impression that shipping was free, I was charged at check out, but I ordered anyway! I thought twice about ordering due to no customer service number, but I ordered anyway! The website states that my item is in stock and will ship within 48 hours via Fedex Ground. Needless to say, I am extremely nervous about my decision after reading these reviews. Shame on me for not researching the site prior to ordering! I will update my review in a few days.
As promised, I am updating my review of Home Products to Go. I have amended my star rating to 5 stars- Very Satisfied! I ordered my BLANCO Sink on Sat.03March,and received confirmation that day that my order was "in stock" and being processed. On March 5 my order was sent to FedEx and by 3pm today, 07March my sink was delivered!! I will definitely use this site again! "
"Wanted to update my review. I received a call from customer service after commenting on this site. The rep verified the shipping and billing address and said the confusion was due to different shipping and billing addresses (the sink was being sent to the contractor's address.) He was polite and released the HOLD on the item. The item was shipped promptly and received without damage. However, he would not give me a phone number to call if there were any problems.
Ordered a Blanco sink on January 31, 2012 listed as in stock. On February 3, I received a notice that the order was updated to ON-HOLD and asking me to verify the shipping and billing address ASAP. I have verified the address via two messages to customer service and have not received a response as of February 6.
The order is still listed as ON HOLD and I cannot get a response from customer service!
I plan to cancel the order today and will instruct the credit card company to deny payment and open an investigation for fraud. I plan to inform the manufacturer Blanco of this company's deceptive practices as well.
Strongly advise that you DO NOT ORDER anything from this company!!! "
"The lack of response from HomeProductsToGo is not what makes a successful company. I purchased a Newport Brass brand filtered water faucet for a remodel. We are just getting to do the install and when the box was opened the finish on the item is bad. One of the parts has no finish on it. I've emailed HomeProductsToGo but get no response. I've contacted Newport Brass and their answer is "you must contact the seller". All I want is what I paid for."
"I should have done my homework on this company before placing the order. Price was good but it indicated free shipping on google shopping but shipping was still charged. The site said the kohler apron front sink was in stock but after I placed order I got email saying backorder for 4-5 weeks. Then they charged my credit card immediately vs charging once the item is shipped. I placed several emails to the customer service email on the site with no response to inquire on cancellation. At this point I need my order cancelled. Since it is on backorder and not shipped I should get a full refund. If I do not get full refund I will be filing with better business bureau a complaint."
"I am another duped customer. Thought I would give them a try for a kitchen faucet since they were $12-13 cheaper than other sites, and said shipping was included. However, when I went to check out, it added FedEx shipping (with no other choice) for $10.92. I decided to continue, which was a mistake. Now it is 11 days since the order was placed, and it still says processing on the website. They claim that 99% of orders are filled within 24 hours. There is no current phone number to call, and the 800 phone number which was given me by MasterCard, when I called to try to stop the charge, is not taking any calls. Clearly site is either is incapable of providing the products they list or is a total scam. Stay away."

Ordered in stock items on Dec 2, 2011 and received 2 confirmation emails that day with items all listed in stock and my CC was charged immediately. Fed ex shipping paid and as of Dec. 16, 2011 I have received nothing from them.
