I received everything I ordered and in perfect condition for a great price and fast. <br> I did a lot of research when trying to find the cheapest online site for my camera and came across a lot of bogus ones on google and amazon that were shady and had bad reviews. I was drawn to ibuysonline because of the amount of good reviews they had and read through most of them.<br> I noticed a lot of people said that when you place your order online you will get an email confirmation telling you to call them anyway to confirm your order, so I opted to call straight off the bat so I would\u0027nt have this issue. As someone who orders a lot online I was a bit taken back by that and decided to see for myself if it seemed fishy. <br>The customer service rep, William was friendly and pleasant.<br> I had also read in some review that after placing their order, items that said were in stock were later told to them by the customer service rep that they didn\u0027t have that item, so again thats why I called and sure enough they did NOT have the 2 lens Canon T3i bundle in stock I was going to order online, but William gave me the 2nd lens for only $20 bucks more than the bundle, which was still a REALLY GOOD deal and cheaper than anywhere else. <br> They WILL try to up sell you on longer life batteries, UV filters, and extended warranties, so if you don\u0027t need any of those things hold your ground and you will come out getting an awesome price on a camera you would easily pay hundreds more anywhere else.
