It was missing parts, and there was earwax on the earpiece. Granted, they are a website for cheap items, but selling something as new that is obviously used and missing parts is a blatant misrepresentation of their product. I sent an e-mail to support while placing another order to see if they could do anything about a broken clasp on an "indestructible" wallet. They went above and beyond and are shipping a replacement wallet at no additional charge.
