"It took the JES more than 10 days to let me know that the item ordered was on 'Back Order". So far I have received nothing. Items on that status should be identified as such right on the webpage, so the customer can decide whether he/she wants to place the order at all.
After this review they finally came back to tell me it might take up to 14 business days to fill the order. When I did not hear anything after that period of time I emailed them, again. Now they tell me it will take at least another 3 to 4 WEEKS, but for an additional $6.25 I can get the order filled by the manufacturer. What is this? Well it is service of the worst kind. The market has a way of naturally cleaning such companies out. I very much hope it will!!!!!!"

We make it a priority to contact our customers in the unfortunate event that a product would be delayed - however in this case it seems that in transitioning to a new back-end system your notification was lost in the process. "I looked everywhere for teflon coated oven mitts. In my opinion they are the best for removing hot dishes from the oven. Thanks"
