No alterations needed..it is perfect and it looks even better then the picture I just love it...I also ordered my flower girl's dress and my maid of honor's dress received everything within the time frame you said I would. "Thought this was a good option for my daughters prom dress, what a mistake. Do not buy from them the dress arrived and we had to pay more money. The color wanted was pearl pink the color on arrival was peach no sign of any pink. and the bottom of the dress is nothing like what the picture shows "
