"I ordered a monitor and was sent one with different specs. Justdeals did refund my purchase price but required me to pay return shipping to get the refund. Bottom line? I paid $18 to return something that was not the right item and the added inconvenience of running to the post office. I sent an email to ask about this: no response. It cost me money and time to do business with them is the bottom line. I don't recommend."

"Purchased the Finepet Kitty scratcher from Justdeals. I have two cats and they just love it. Not to mention it comes with the catnip and a brush. I have seen similar item like this one elsewhere and the price doesn't even compare. This was a total steal. The only downside is getting replacement scratcher"

"It's been 10 days and still no change in order status. Payment was processed immediately. Attempts at contacting justdeals went unanswered.

Edit: Shortly after writing this review I did receive a response with tracking number. It was shipped a few days ago but I received no notification nor was the status updated on my order status. Original 1 star has been changed to 4 star. I think if the website order status is more accurate in representing the status of order I wouldn't have written this review. In any case, I felt they did address my concern and for that, I've updated the rating."

"This company has great customer service. I purchased a laptop back in March for school. Being in school I am pretty low on funds and needed something cheap and reliable. I say the deal on justdeals. When the item arrived the battery did not work. They sent me a prepaid return label and i received a new working battery a few days later."

"I would NEVER do business with this place again. I received a defective Keurig. I notified them immediately. I was told I would get the piece mailed to me. After 2 weeks of getting a run around, I was finally told to ship it back and I would get a refund. It hasn't happened yet. It has been 3 weeks since they received the product and I have not gotten my money back. They said it was refunded but my bank says otherwise. "

"UPDATE: I did give a higher rating for JustDeals. Although I never received a notification that my package had shipped (possibly lost in cyber space, because it wasn't in my junk folder), I did receive my order on 4/7/2012. Thank You.


Not too impressed thus far. I placed an order on March 28, 2012. No time wasted in charging my credit card. Went to check on the status of my order, and my order doesn't even show up on the website. Sent an e-mail inquiring and no reply thus far."

"I bought a refurbished MacBook, but instead I received a used MacBook with multiple scratches, no battery, and not even a power cord. I got an email from customer service (CS) asking me to contact someone on a completely different company. I wrote to that person twice, CS said they escalate the issue, but no response. I also called JD's CS but all I get is a machine and no phone call returned. Is JustDeals now scamming customers? or are they just loosing controls on their suppliers/partners?
3/22/12: I got in touch with a nice girl who kindly offered to help me getting a refund and shipping label for returning the product at no cost. I'll keep you posted.
3/27/12: The MacBook is on it's way back. Improving customer experience :)
3/30/12: Customer Service contacted me and is getting things fixed for me. They even gave me a coupon!! :) Good effort on reverting my experience as customer! Congrats!"

"I purchased a Samsung HDTV from justdeals.com on 3/17/12 and it arrived on 3/26/12. Set up the tv and it simply does not work. When powered on, I am met with a screen with several vertical lines and no picture. I immediately went through the return process with the company and I am currently waiting on an email from them to approve my return. It has been 3 days now with no response. This is my first experience with this company and I am not happy. The item was refurbished, but it is useless at this point. I will continue to update my post when and if my problem gets resolved.

Shortly after writing the initial review of my experience with the Samsung HDTV that I purchased with just deals, I received confirmation to return my purchase. The item was picked up by UPS on 3/30/12 and delivered to the just deals location on 4/6/12 according to my tracking information from UPS. At this time my status is still in the pending stage as it was when I was approved to return the defective item. Hopefully, someone will contact me and advise me on how they are going to remedy my situation. I have done everything that I was required to do."

"I recently purchased 2 Macbook laptops from JustDeals on 3.9.2012. On the web site it stated that these laptops were refurbished grade A recertified Apple macbook. Upon receiving the laptops first thing we noticed was scratches all over the laptops and screens and also small cracks throughout the laptop. Also one of the laptops came with a bad battery which will not take charge. looked up the serial numbers and they were made in 2007. I understand that buying a refurbished computer your getting a deal and saving money. But I have seen refurbished laptops bought from the apple store that come in pristine condition. These looked like I bought them at a Goodwill. I'm not happy with this purchase and the quality of this product. If I don't get any response I'll be reporting this to Better Business Bureau. "

"I saw an ad for two 32GB microSD cards (with SD adapter and USB adapter) on a clickthru from email from MyPoints. The ad stated that the card was Class 10, so I ordered two (one for myself and one for a friend). I then sent the ad to three co-workers who were also looking for Class 10 cards. They ALL saw the ad marked CLASS 10 and ordered cards for themselves. When I received the cards, they were both marked Class 4. I cannot use Class 4 cards for what I need. I purchase PC, tablet, and phone accessories fairly often and ALWAYS ensure that the specs are clearly marked on the ad before I buy. I DO NOT BUY SD cards that do not clearly have the class marked on the ad. I contacted customer service and have been getting the run around for three days. They keep stating that the class was not indicated. WHY would someone buy a card if the class/speed is not indicated. There is a HUGE difference in performance between a Class 4 card and a Class 10 card. I will not buy from them again. If I can't get these replaced or returned for a full refund, I plan on contacting my credit card company to dispute the purchase."
