They asked me to do several \u0022fixes\u0022 to try and get it working. I don\u0027t feel you should have to fix a new product. When none of the fixes worked I had to request permission to return the item. I have to wait up to 48 hours to find out if I can. That\u0027s a lot of hoops to jump through for something that arrived defective. I installed them and turned on the printers and lo and behold, the printers did not recognize them! So I called Anthony at Kahlon to request help. Patiently he explained to me how to install them properly, making sure that I cleaned the DIMM edge connector fingers with a pencil eraser. So I followed his directions explicitly and the memory was recognized by the printers. They work perfectly!
