After 2 weeks of waiting tried to contact the store to find out shipping tracking number. No replies on emails and \u0022contact us\u0022 form for 2 days. Could not reach anybody at provided phone number either. Was about to open dispute with PayPal and my credit card company, but tried their number one more time and got lucky. The guy on the phone said that order has not been shipped (after two weeks!), he does not know why and currently they are out of stock. I cancelled the order and requested money back. Can not believe that this is happening in 2012 - have not had such experience since 2001. Wasted time. Awful - never again.
