"Loved working with Erica @ KITCHEN TRADITION. She was very helpful, she really knows her stuff well! The 3 major appliances I ordered arrived, as I was told, 3 business days after my order was placed online. (The stuff shipped all the way from NY to Austin, Tx.) Erica was real helpful with the mail in rebates the appliances qualified for. Their prices are almost too good to be true, and their customer service is great. A pleasure doing business with ya al! See you again in August when are laundry room project gets completed and we get to order once again from Kitchen Tradition a washer/dryer. Were all really looking forward! I Recommend +++++++"

"Had an amazing shopping experience with the guys at Kitchen Tradition. The cost was the lowest out there - I did plenty of shopping around. Customer service was great, quick responses to my many emails, and very knowledgeable.
In addition to the mail in rebates advertised on their website, they offered some more which were not even advertised on their web. They emailed me all the forms with clear precise instructions on how to complete them to make sure i will really be getting those rebates.
I will certainly recommend them, and will definitely return to Kitchen Tradition for all our large appliance needs.
Thank you to all the wonderful sales guys for your patience and time of day you gave me. You guys are the best!"

"I was very satisfied with the ease of ordering, the price, and delivery. But, when I called the store to inquire about the shipping process, the man that answered couldn't have been more rude, abrupt or less helpful. That said, I got the item I ordered for a great price and it arrived quickly. "

"I was a bit hesitant about purchasing major appliances online. The customer sales rep i spoke to numerous times was helpful and assured me that if the appliances arrived damaged, the appliances are fully insured. The appliances arrived in perfect condition just a short number of days after order was initially placed. I did a lot of price comparison and Kitchen Tradition was by far the best priced. "

"Website user friendly, customer service could use a tune up and I believe one thing will get you into some trouble down the road, and that is R&L Carriers, took an extra two days to deliver. The driver for R&L was very good and informative. "
