I\u0027ve dealt with countless online stores and fixture companies - never have I experienced the attentiveness, timeliness, and customized attention to detail that I received from Knob Deco and their store, MyTerra. The breathtaking products they offer that can\u0027t be found anywhere else is only the start; Upon placing the order I immediately received an email from someone at MyDeco alerting me to the fact that I had ordered the wrong back-set on one of the knobs. Then I received a phone call from two days later from someone at MyTerra explaining that there are variations in the stone knobs I ordered...he then offered to hand pick the stones for me so that the colors would be perfect!! As if that wasn\u0027t attentive enough, he pointed out that the one-sided knobs I ordered for my closets were a hazard if a person can fit in the closet, and happily changed my order for me. The icing on the case was the part where he shipped the order so the knobs would arrive in time for my inspection for Certificate of Occupancy. Shopping with Knob Deco was a better experience than dealing with my own builder! IF ALL ONLINE STORES could run like Knob Deco, I could build my house myself and save thousands. There are some problems that need to be addressed. Despite the challenging website, we did receive our orders - on time, at a reasonable cost and in good condition. Some things that need to be addressed are:<br><br>- When placing your order, there\u0027s no option for a shipping address that\u0027s different than the billing address. Our company\u0027s accounting dept is in a different location than our receiving dept. I don\u0027t think this is all that uncommon in the business world.<br><br>- Searching for products using the item number on the website is a nightmare. Sometimes it appears and sometimes it doesn\u0027t. When a designer only gives you an item number, it\u0027s hard to buy if you can\u0027t search by that number.<br><br>- If you take too long in searching for items your shopping cart erases and you have to start over. Very annoying considering how difficult it is to find the item you want in the first place.<br><br>- When you place your order and click on the print receipt button, the only thing that appears is your total. All of the item information and pricing is blank. It would be nice to have the item info on there for your records.<br><br>All-in-all, we got the product we ordered in a timely manner, and that\u0027s a good thing. But it\u0027s a hassle to use this site in its current state.
