"Initially I had some doubts about the professionalism of the service as the first order has been processed incorrectly, but after sending an email to the misunderstanding and after only 3 days I had the correct key required at no additional charge and with an email of apology.
Just a few words to describe this team of 11 boys: accuracy, speed, availability and professionalism do not miss anything!

"I have to say thank you to the whole supporter team of laptopkey.com, because my first order didn't arrived in Switzerland and this folk’s handled my problem very easily. After a short check of my address they sent me the keys immediately without shipping costs. Four days later I could install the keys and my problem was solved. "For the most part, this seems like a really good business. I love the concept and it's certainly cheaper and easier to replace lost or broken keys than to replace the whole keyboard.


However, you have to be very careful as their online key finder isn't very accurate and many of the keys and hinges will be indistinguishable to the layman. This resulted in me getting the wrong key, in this instance, laptopkey.com cover the post only for the replacement. "

"Having suffered a fall it was even more upsetting when I realised I had damaged the keys on my Acer LapTop.
When I had recovered I set about the task of repair. My first thought was that I would have to buy a replacement keyboard but after searching online I found Laptopkey.com I was very pleased to discover that the indervidual keys were available.Laptopkey.com guided me to my model and even sent me a link to show me how to replace the keys.
What was even more incredible is that I live in Devonshire in the UK,my keys arrived within the week and the repair was made. A very big THANK YOU Laptopkey.com for your excellent service and for being there in my hour of need you are amazing.
