"I am so happy with my experience with Laptops For Less. Not only did they have the replacement laptop battery that I that I needed, but I received it days earlier than expected. My battery fits my laptop. I can truly say that this was a great experience and I will definitely shop with Laptops For Less again for my future computer needs.

"Nonexistent customer service. Buyer beware!!! Purchased my item on 5/8, immediately emailed receipt...never heard from company again even after item indicated it would be received in 2 days and a confirmation email with tracking number would be generated within 24 hours, contacted customer service via online chat - no response. Called, impossible to talk to a person, left voicemail. NO PRODUCT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Reporting to Capital One as fraud.

"Replacement PDA battery ordered 4/17/2012. The date on the battery was December, 2009 (2 1/2 years old)! Also did not come with advertised tool for replacement. Company did not actually sell what it states on its website. Returned item. It is now 5/7/2012 and I am still waiting for a credit to be issued to my card. VERY POOR customer service. I do not recommend this company: bad merchandise and bad service. Buy at your own risk!

5/8/12: The credit that I was issued was for only 1/2 of what I paid for the order -- I was charged a restocking fee for returning an outdated battery that didn't arrive with the replacement tool. Go figure!"

"I never recieved the laptop battery I ordered but Laptops For Less charged me for the product. There was no confirmation of shipment, back order status, or customer service. Now I have to try and get my money back. I will never do business with this company again."

"Delivery of lamp was fine. Getting documentation of the two year warrantee was a major challenge. The following documents the effort which is still ongoing. First call: the lady said "Oh they did not credit you with the two year extension; I will contact accounting and call you back tomorrow (no call back). Second call: Oh accounting was supposed to send you the documentation. Third call: New lady asked when I asked for the two year extension; I explained that I paid when I purchased. She said she would send the paper work. The email came with paperwork stating I purchased a one year extension only. Fourth call: The lady said that the paper work was standard and that my contract was for a two year extension. I said that did not make sense and please send me paperwork stating that I had a two year extension. She agreed to send appropriate paperwork; I have not yet recieved the information."
