I have had to call in EVERY DAY FOR THE PAST 14 DAYS. I am very upset with them as a company. No one knows what they are doing. First they sent out the wrong lenses for my husband. I called and told them about the issue. They placed a new order and informed me the new one would not cost me anything since I had already paid. The next day I get an email saying I owe 70.20 for my order and my order would not be sent out. I call in again. They cancel the order and place a new one. I get a confirmation for in in an email. They put the wrong power on the order. So I had to again call in. This continued in a cycle for 14 days.
