posted Mar-17-2012 “I'm not sure where this gentleman got the idea that we have poor customer service. Customer's order was sent within 7 business days as promised. Customer also sent 4 emails in 2 days all of which were answered. We have attempted to contact the customer through their email address and through this forum and have yet to receive a response. We want to make this customer happy, but that's difficult to do if they refuse to communicate with us.”
