"FANTASTIC customer service. I placed an order for an ipad2 case with an incorrect assumption on my part of when I would get the order with expedited shipping. I called them about the order and I realized that it was not on track to get to me when I needed it before a trip. They took the initiative to contact FedEx to upgrade it to next day (at their cost!). Unfortunately FexEx didn't come through as promise. However, Maccessories gave me a complete refund since I didn't get it when I needed it - even though it was my fault!! One of if not the best customer service experiences I have ever had (or heard of)."
