"So HAPPY AND PLEASED is how I would describe my experience with this company and it's personnell. I was first wary about buying online an order of this size without actually seeing the furniture first. I now have no hesitation about placing future orders with Madison Seating. When I first placed my order with Jenny she was so helpful and made me feel quite comfortable with proceeding with my order. All following contacts were with Felicia and she was GREAT! Felicia kept me updated from the time the order was first placed until actual delivery. She made the experience personal and it was like communicating with a friend. Delivery was on time and there were no damages. When I first saw my new bedroom suite I was estatic. The suite is absolutely beautiful and excellent quality. I couldn't be more pleased and happy. I want to commend Madison on their fine personnell and products and I want to personally thank Felicia for making this such a wonderful experience. I am looking forward to future purchases. Madison Seating A+++++++++++++"

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, THE ARE NOT HELPFUL AND IF YOU BUY SOMETHING WITH A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION AND DECIDE TO RETURN IT, IT WILL COST YOU QUITE A BIT AS THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE "FREE SHIPPING" ON YOUR RETURN.

TERRIBLE ONLINE COMPANY - DO NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM. TOTAL HASSLE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!"

"Terrible experience. I ordered a Herman Miller Aaron Chair. First they forgot to ship me the Lumber Support. Had to call and they sent it couple days later. But the worst part was that the chair was defected. The base was not even so the chair tilts. I tried to put up with it but realized that it is too much, so I called them and they said that they will pay for the shipping and arrange for pick up, but I had no box, and asked them if I can just put it in the box when they ship me a new chair, and they refused. I do understand that some items might be defected, and I should have held on to the box(But where was I supposed to keep that huge box in our small office, and I did think that I can put up with the defect), but they didn't make any effort to make it easier on me. I work in downtown DC and there is no HomeDepot or Office Depot around, and I take the metro to work, so I can't just buy it somewhere else and bring it with me. It was just too much inconvenience that made the whole experience a negative one. Wish they were more understanding. "

"The website is easy to navigate with clear thumbnails. Shipping and packing is excellent! The price was right and shipping costs were reasonable. Customer Service rep called me to make certain I wanted the size chair I ordered (yes, I did), and the chair arrived within a few days. What more could anyone ask?"

"This is a TERRIBLE company. PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE....

I am surprised that they are still in business in this country.

I tried several times to contact them to get information about my order. They kept telling me that the item was shipped but nothing arrived.

Today I received an email that the item is shipped and I should track the item with the company Mid Atlantic MVG & Dist.

There was no web site link where to track the item.
I called MAdison Seating and asked them for a link. They said I should get it from the GOOGLE. However, there exists no website for this delivery company. I called Madison people back again.
This time they gave me a tel number but nobody answered..

You can imagine my frustration.

This company MADISON SEATING should be closed down. They are simply unprofessional and terrible company. PLEASE AVOID them...
Please spread out the word. These people have no place in this country to operate.

"I am writing this hoping to save someone the hassle of dealing with Madison Seating. I plan to write reviews (bad ones) on every page I can find to accomplish my goal. I ordered dinette furniture from this company. The instructions plainly stated "do not sign for delivery until merchandise is inspected". The delivery company does not allow opening the packaging until signing for it. Being caught between 2 company policies, I refused delivery. Now they want to bill me for the dinette set, the delivery & return and restocking fee (note: I do not have the furniture). THis is a crooked business and should be shut down. I complained on their Facebook page and they "blocked" me they haven't seen or heard the last of me yet. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY........YOU WILL REGRET IT."
