After looking into your order the refund was issued back to your account which can take a couple of days for your bank to recognize the funds and post the transaction back to your account. Typically we tell customers to expect to see if back on the account in 3-5 days due to timing differences with banks. The funds could be available the next day. If there is anything furhter we can assist you with please let us know. Again we are sorry the vendor discontinued the model you were wanting.”

"I ordered crib bedding. I noticed my they had drafted the money out of my account for my purchase(The day the order was placed). I kept checking everyday to see if my order had be shipped or even processed. After a week of waiting and I didn't even have a product shipping confirmation e-mail, I e-mailed them. I was informed that the product that I had purchased was discontinued, and that I would have to be refunded or find another item with 5% taken off the price. I asked to be refunded, not only to find out that it will take 3-5 business days to be credited back to my account. My problem with all this is, it took me e-mailing them to find out I wasn't getting my product. They already had my money, and now I am waiting to get refunded for something that shouldn't have been taken out of my account in the first place. I wonder how long it would have taken them to send me a e-mail about not even getting my product? Thanks US-Mattress for wasting my time and even more of my time while I wait for my money to be deposited back into my account so I can actually go order my bedding."
