"Mcbubs products are quality products, but when they do break, you just take a picture and send it to them and include your order number, and they will send you another pair. The customer support was so easy, I just had to prove that the pair I had broke and they sent me a new pair, I didn't even have to send my old one in! I recommend this seller, and I recommend the beats by dre, because they are exactly the same for cheap."

"Great shop, ordered a tablet was sent with dhl and arrived within 5days. After a week there was a problem with the tablet and I mailed them and after trying a few things they replaced the tablet. Great prices, great service. Dont need another online store, this is my favorite."

"I received an Android tablet that should never have been made. It's slow and buggy, and the touchscreen does not work right.

To get any sort of response from McBub, I had to file a paypal complaint and escalate to a claim. Only then did McBub email me. I responded to them immediately, but of course have not heard back.

Paypal guarantees my purchase and is requiring McBub to refund me, but not until the tablet is confirmed as shipped back to China via a tracking number. Shipping with tracking will cost me $38. Tracking a packing in China? I am not hopeful this is going to work out in my favor.

** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MCBUB **

You are much better off spending a couple of dollars more and purchasing from a reputable retailer with reputable customer service."

"I recently purchased a Leather Case Cover with USB Keyboard for 9.7 Inch Android Tablet PC together with the Cube U9GT 2 - 9.7 inch Android 4.0 Tablet PC LG IPS 10-Point HD Capacitive, RK2918 1.2GHz, 1GB DDR3 RAM, 16GB Nand, Dual Cameras.
Both items were cheaper than most other foreign sites and the email customer service to my questions before I made my purchase, were professional and were replied to very quickly. Shipping via DHL was very quick, so all in all I am very impressed with McBub and will have no hesitation in buying from them again.

"AVOID. Judging by my own experience and those of others on this forum if you want goods that are exactly as described and good customer service forget it.
I'm still waiting a replacement/refund from this crowd for my wife's tablet which arrived damaged before Christmas."
