"I took a gamble, being a patient man, and placed my order thinking that the wait time would be worth the savings for me. I contacted them and was given a number in a wait list and reassured that I would have my product soon. After a month, I got cold feet and requested that my order be cancelled, and they informed me this was not possible with out a fee due to the fact that my order was being "processed", despite the fact that I was something like 7th in line. I'm starting to understand how they are able to stay in business, by charging order cancellation fees on products they never had in the first place. This company is a joke: dishonest and eerily similar to a scam. I've messaged them again and am preparing to dispute the charge and report them to the appropriate authorities. I wish I had listened to the reviews here."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for 5 die lock rings almost 2 months ago, my card has been charged for all 5 plus shipping, the order was placed on 15-March-2012, the card was charged on 19-March-2012, I've received 1 and according to the packing slip they got the full price of the shipping for just that one, their excuse, 6 weeks ago, was that they can't predict when their suppliers will send them items, yet when I ordered they advertised 6 in stock. I will never do business with them again, and I recommend that no-one else does either... "

I should have known, from the initial time of 7-10 days for processing!!!! You will have to wait and wait for the shipping status, rarely will you receive it. "Beware the BBB RATES THIS COMPANY D-!!!!! ordered primer pocket reamer that was in stock, still have not received, after over a month. Emails have not been returned, phone does not work unless they email you a extension number. This place is a Joke, DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE CLOWNS, YOU WILL BE SORRY"

"I have ordered one product from this company on January 19, 2012, and that being a simple $15 dollar tripod for my coyote rifle. The transaction was completed and the money was taken out of my account, however it is now May 1st, 2012, and I have yet to recieve my product in the mail. Every time I call the customer service representative tells me that the product is on back order from the company and will be sent in 2-3 business weeks. I am not a happy customer and only would like to get what I ordered and not just an excuse, especially since the website says that my product is in stock and not in fact on back order."

"I cancelled the order due to non - shipment, the price was good and customer services was courteous and prompt to reply to my request to cancel the order. I would consider ordering from Midwest Hunters Outlet again if there were no time constraints on the order."
