"When I started Wine-making I did a lot of shopping around, compared their price to at least 10 other online stores and my local Home Brew Shop. Their prices were the lowest. Packaging seems to always leave something to be desired. Always something broken, missing or leaking due to poor packaging. They have made right on the issues with me but it does get tiresome."

"My fourth time buying from Midwest - and have had only good experiences. I recommend them to all of my friends who are homebrewers. Have had no problems with any of the kits or equipment I've ordered, and I would buy any of the kits I've gotten from them again. Cost is the same or lower than I've seen it at other places."

"These guys are awesome. They quickly fill your order, pack it very carefully and send it out as soon as possible. Have a problem with your order, or a question about your brew or wine, give them a call. They are knowledgeable and friendly, and hold themselves to very high standards."

"They have awesome products at great prices. I always receive everything quickly and correct. Customer service is always friendly, helpful and they know their products well. Midwest's website also has a wonderful FAQ to help if you are confused with anything. Their homebrewers forum is also a great tool to get information and discuss topics with other brewers. I really can't say enough about how awesome MidWest is."

"I have ordered from Midwest Supplies a number of times. Shipments always arrive quickly and as described. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I do not hesitate to recommend Midwest Supplies to my friends."

"I've ordered from Midwest a few times now. Great prices, Great service, Great people! Beyond being an excellent retailer they've been more than happy to give me advise on my new hobby "emergencies" whenever they arise. Thanks again Midwest, wish you had a store in the Kansas City area. "

"I've been using Midwest for about 3 years now and I love them. The selection of equipment and ingredients is expansive, the prices competitive and the customer service outstanding.
On one occasion I called because a bag of priming sugar broke in shipment and they overnighted a new one out to me at no charge.
There is a homebrew store up the road from me, yet I continue to order through Midwest because the selection is better, the reviews and descriptions better and even prices are better including the shipping."
