"I placed an order for a Odoyo Aircoat, which was back-ordered. MobiMega has contacted me and informed me that they didn't have an estimated ship date because the product was being re-designed. They offered me the option to continue to wait or cancel my order. I've decided to wait since they've been good about keeping me informed as to the product's status. "

"Rubbish! Still waiting for the order to be fulfilled. Logging on and looking at my account details, always says 'processing' No money has been taken from my account and no delivery has been made. Email has been ignored so, I don't know what to do. There isn't a way of canceling the order so what do I do now?

Well it seems the above review set the wheels in motion and within 15 minutes of me posting it I had a very apologetic email from Mobimega explaining that the item was out of stock and didn't know when they would have some more. Now if only that had been up front a week ago and kept me informed then I wouldn't have been left hanging, wondering what the hell was going on. Had I bought something or had I not? Now I know the story, and have been able to cancel my order, I'm a lot calmer. However, I can do without the constant wondering. Come on Mobimega. All it takes is a quick email to keep your customers informed..... Something I used to get at school.........'Must try harder'"
