"Very cool dresses! The one I had my eye on was out of stock, and I requested a notification for when it came back in, which it did within a week. I placed the order late at night and didn't adjust my shipping speed properly (I want the dress in 3 days). Feeling anxious that I now wasn't going to get the dress in time, I used the 'LiveChat' feature on ModCloth and was able to ask a live 'Specialist' to help me look into it (at 1am eastern standard time!), she did and was able to change my shipping to over-night. I haven't gotten the dress yet, but I am pretty sure I am going to love it, and if not, ModCloth has easy returns (they could make shipping free each way, like Zappos). "

I even signed up for the notification emails & checked back on there site on a daily basis, waiting for these dresses. Twice I've checked back and found that both dresses were sold out & I never received an email (& it didn't get filtered into my spam inbox)! I'm so frustrated with this site. I've waited over a month for these dresses and now they aren't even sure they'll be getting more in or when."

I'd been eying a gorgeous pair of knit fingerless gloves adorned with multi-colored pearls. I sent an inquiry of whether they would add some more similar items. When I went to purchase them, my beauties was no longer available. I had the most amazing response - someone with a name (Stephanie!) told me to look up the designer/co. itself, and was so sweet and polite and I felt wrapped up in consideration and respect. "We were very pleased with this purchase of Midnight Blush Dress. It fit perfectly. I bought her the smallest size. She is 5'9" and weighs 110lbs. I thought it might be too short, but it wasn't. My daughter wore it to the Valentines dance at school and looked beautiful. Thank you so much! "
"I ordered 3 tops and was horribly disappointed in the quality, fabric , and how the photos looked nothing like the actual product. What an embarrassment to a fine company. I have ordered beautiful dresses from you and returned 1 for a an easy exchange. The dresses are above satisfactory! These tops looked like they came from the rejects of GoodWill. I sent them to a shelter bc I believed at the time they were nonrefundable. I lost over a $100.00 on trash! I should have called and asked for a refund or return. Can we fix this with a store credit for a dress? I don't have the items bc I thought the could not be returned, but someone is wearing them from a shelter at least. I love your dresses and I really don't want this to be posted on your website bc the quality of the dresses are lovely. I hope we can come to an agreement. This review reflects only this shipment. I am not a a complainer, but this was ridiculous. Thanks, Diane Breaux"

"I love ModCloth and have bought two dresses from there so far. I absolutely love them! The customer service at ModCloth is also excellent, and I am very happy. I can't wait for my next purchase.
Oh, and I also love the boxes that they send their orders in. They make me happy!
