We speak from experience when we say that an order with a different billing and shipping address, as well as Overnight delivery to an address different then the billing address, is a red flag for fraud.
For the protection of our customers, any order with a different billing and shipping address undergoes extra security and verification procedures. We know this is an inconvenience for our customers and a time waster for us, but we do it to protect our customers from fraud.
Unfortunately this order NEVER PASSED VERIFICATION, meaning that alternate shipping address was never added to the credit card company file. This order was cancelled June 11th and refunded in full.
Again, we are sorry this individual is so upset his order was canceled as potential fraud because the alternate address was never added, but we stand by the hundreds of fraudulent orders we have stopped using our added security and verification steps.”

posted Jun-16-2011 “We apologize that this customer is so upset, but this order was refunded in full back on June 1st, 2011 (which is the day the order was canceled). We have no reason to hold on to a customer's money after an order is canceled.
When the customer ordered his merchandise there was one unit available. Unfortunately the customer wanted to ship to an address other then his billing address. As we tell customers, this tends to slow down orders considerably because of added protections and verification steps. By the time the order was verified towards the end of May, the item was no longer in stock and was back ordered. At this point the customer canceled his order because he did not want to wait any longer for his unit.
Although we realize it is an inconvenience for us and the customer alike, we have an added security step to protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address is different from the shipping address we require the customer to have that alternate shipping address added with their credit card company as an authorized alternate shipping address. This prevents someone from stealing a person's credit card and ordering merchandise to a different location. We are sure if your credit card were stolen, you would appreciate a merchant not taking the quick sale but taking the time to protect their customer's security.
We understand the customer is upset he did not get his merchandise, but that is no reason to lie and tell people we are stealing from him as he has been refunded in full.”
"never got stove, they kept lieing to me about the shipment date, never called back, I felt like I was talking to fast eddy, finally called visa within 60 day and visa reversed the charges back to my card
