"i was needed a phone, i saw it on internet. it was galaxy s2. i liked that one and i tried to order it online. finally i found it on this website. myworldphone.com, i called that customer service . it was early morning 2 am! i thought no one will pick the call. but someone took that call! and said to place the order online. i did that, at the morning time. they called me back for verification and conform the order with the address!what was really blessing for me. cus at the night time when i ordered it. i made a big mistake to place the order. i was needed the car charger alone with the phone n i forgot to add with it. so i placed 2 different order with double time shipping cost. when they found double order from my end, they called me and cancelled the second order and made it single order with the both item with single shipping price! when i got the phone it was really good condition. i shocked when i found extra charging converter with the phone. it helps me when i fly in UK and others countries! and over all .. their service is really good. i appreciate and accept them as a good company. God Bless n long live myworldphone.com..."

"I bought a phone from myworldphone.com its a razr v3 i visit this site and i found many of those were too cheap.
razr v3 was also cheap $69 so i bought it and its like almost 1 year i've been using it. i stil remember when i ordered it it came to me within 1 day i thought it will be late but it came very fast.

"I ordered a television set because of the great price and bypassed the sales at other sites. I did not receive the set after ordering because the item was now "sold out." When I asked whether or not they would backorder this I was told they would not and that they receive new inventory all the time.
The representative reported that since they are a "wholesaler", they run out of items all the time as people buy in bulk quantities. So when you order, know that your order may never come. In other words, you will lose out on your purchase. Horrible customer service, horrible horrible"

"These peopel are the WORST people to do business with. I would suggest to NEVER give them your money. I called numerous times and double checked their hours of operation on a Sunday. They assured me they would be open from 11-6pm. I drove 3 hours and there was a sign on the door saying they decided to close early!! I would not trust a word out of their mouths!"

"I purchased a Motorola Razr2 V9 phone from my world phone on dec 10 for xmas gift ending up needing a new sim card old style at&t didn't work. Wasn't put into service until mid jan. apx the 5th time it was charged the female socket came out when I unplug the charger. two phone calls and 2 e-mails to my world phone and no one would get back to me on warranty. I finaly contacted motorola they told me it would be considered physical damage (not covered) but if I wanted to dispute it I could sent $75 and the phone and they would inspect it. don't buy motorola and don't consider MyWorldPhone"

"I buy things online all of the time and I have never written an online review of anything before. That said, I've also never dealt with a company as terrible as myworldphone.com. My first transaction with myworldphone was on May 16th, when I called to order a phone from them as I prepared to leave for Monrovia, Liberia on a trip for work. I had the phone overnighted so that I knew I would get it with plenty of time to spare - 24hours later though I received a broken phone in the mail. When I first tried to call the company to see about getting a replacement, I was told that it would not be a problem and that one would be overnighted to me immediately. Two days later, when I called back to see about the status of that phone, I was hung up on - three separate times. I continued to try to get in touch with the company to no avail. Eventually I was forced to leave for Liberia and have my family take the issue up with my credit card company to insure that "myworldphone" would not be paid. If you are interested in buying a phone that works, from a company that will stand by their products I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

I am so upset with my experience that I've decided to collect testimonials for a website I intend on creating in order to expose this company for what it is. If you have had a bad experience with myworldphone please send me an email to myworldphone.complaints@gmail.com. Thanks"

Ordered a NEW unlocked LG KC910 Renoir for $279. Received a USED T-Mobil version of the phone. Due to confusion with another order, it went beyond the 7 day return policy. They REFUSED to honor a return or partial refund.

"Got my N97 mini for 3 weeks now. And using it with a data plan ....

Great phone with excellently balanced features packed in a handy, stylish yet sturdy body. Great for the working executive who wants a functional phone with entertainment on the go.

Likes
- excellent sound (for listening to music) & screen
- wigets rocks, you can get real time updates from selected apps e.g. facebook. You can also put the music player as a wiget on the home screen & control the player without opening the app.
- fully customisible home screen,
- excellent online OVI suite support & applications, can view files on my computer remotely on the go!
- responsive touch screen, thumb-friendly (resistive screen is not as bad as it is made out to be, at least not on the N97 mini)
- great looking phone, excellent build quality, handy size
- great office & calander support
- not so common like the iphone.. haha

Personnaly, the best phone I've had. The cons I could think of is that the battery drains fairly quickly if you surf the internet but this is probably the same for other phones; interface is not as colourful and fanciful as some phones but still looks pretty cool (especially the home screen with wigets)but more importantly functional.
Got this phone off from myworldphone.com and this is not the first time that i m getting phone from them . I can rely on them easily as all their product till today was super good along with their shipping method . I would suggest others to get phones from their and believe me u will not have to regret my advice. keep up the good work myworldphone .. i ma lookig forward to buy more from you ."

"This company refused to help me when my phone became locked. They claim there is a policy not to upgrade an unlocked phone but this is not apparent on their website. When I called for support I was put on hold repeatedly (appears there are only two or three people manning the phones). I spoke to someone who claims to be called Jimmy and he said they would do nothing to help me and began cussing me out using words like Sh*t and Bullsh*t. I ask him to please not raise his tone and cuss at me but he continued. I then spoke to Ryan who was also less than helpful and constantly interrupted me. This company appears to be a fly by night company and has no concept of customer service. If you shop at this company I highly recommend you do so with throw away money and the lowest expectations you can muster, but be warned, even your lowest expectations of customer service will probably not be met. This company should go out of business as soon as possible and be replaced by one that knows how to treat customers. Horrible doesn't even begin to explain it."
