"BEWARE that service on rush orders is poor and they will take your $ with no reasonable effort to complete the order because it says no refunds on rush orders.
We placed a simple rush order for stickers for wedding favors and there was a week to ship so just to be cautious we paid for the rush ordering AND 30.00$ for next day UPS air. So we paid 87.00$ for stickers.
The tracking info says that the order was shipped UPS ground so shockingly it did not arrive in time. Since it was a rush order and we forfeit all of our rights and hopes for a refund the answer is just "too bad."
It is basically like stealing to take 30$ from someone and then use the slow shipping even if the order had made it on time. Did anyone contact us to tell us there was going to be a problem or suggest that the order is impossible? NO
Did anyone suggest cancelling the order and not charging us the 87$? No
Did anyone suggest an alternative method of shipping with the 30$ they had to work with to make sure it got there in time? NO
Shipping UPS ground was a guarantee for failure but they did it anyway and did not contact us even though we supplied an event date.
With one week before the wedding and 30$ to work with for shipping costs, they should have made it happen. UPS has a lot of options and so does USPS so I don't know if it was an oversight or negligent but they are now unwilling to acknowledge it and give us a refund. I would have printed stickers myself if I wasn't so busy working to pay for the wedding.
In short- DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING RUSH because you will not see your $ or your order in time. They will take your $, ship in an ineffective way (pocketing your rush shipping $) and keep silent about the logistical possibilities about why your order might be a huge waste and impossible to complete. I would have rather just heard that it wasn't going to be possible and my credit card was never charged. My next option is to send the credit card company to inquire about this robbery.
