This was a very nice experience and I would do it all over again. I read up on some of the other snags that other customers incorrectly blame negri for and some of the reviews are shocking at best. As long as you ensure the item is in stock and not deactivated at the time of purchase you should be ok. Another issue I saw was people complaining of delivery service. Negri forces the delivery to be SIGNED because of the worth of the packages. I for one would not want over $1k worth of tablets sitting outside in possibly rain or in a bad neighborhood, so I thnk negri for this. I called ahead to fedex and had them hold it at my local sort facility (this can be done. you guys just have to READ, and put forth a LITTLE effort. First world problems only let you complain so much.) I got my tablets in a very nicely packaged large fedex box with lots and lots of large bubble wrap and air spacers to keep movement to a minimum. They arrived in pristine condition with tamper proof stickers on the boxes. I was shocked to see that negri went the extra mile to include USA style 110 volt outlet adapters, which they sent without me know otherwise that I A: needed B: that they were included. The tablet was a wifi only that is only available from korea right now which they use 3 prong 220V. Also included was an inspected by card that was initialed and dated for inspection before shimpent. Everything was great. you just have to take effort to ensure your experience will be a complete one. This skeptic will buy from this merchant again. "At first I was very suspicious regarding buying via internet from USA, especially because I am from Europe. But, Negri electronics service was excellent; their online help was very keen to assist in any way, and delivery was fast (4 working days + 2 days custom clearance). After one month use, phone is working perfectly. What surprises me is that they were interested in my satisfaction with their service after they delivered the phone, and I must admit that this king of customer care is very rare (at least in my country). I can just say that I will recommend them to my friends as company which is safe and reliable to do business with.
