"Outstanding help from Newegg on my first time RMA! I've been buying from Newegg for quite some time and I hadn't had a defective item until now. I filled out an RMA and got help from customer service. Very friendly and helped me out on everything I needed. Newegg to me, is a Godsend for anyone interested in the computer world.

"I did online chat with a CS rep to obtain a price adjustment.
The CS was friendly and helpful. As a frequent customer, averaging 3-4 orders per week with Newegg, I appreciate the good service. "

"I have been a loyal customer of Newegg for many years. All of my computers that I have built for myself, friends and family have all had parts purchased through Newegg. Along with offering great products at competitive prices, the customer service has truly been a shining star for the company any time I've had to make returns, exchanges or even concerns with sale pricing and still the process has been quick and relatively hassle-free.

With that being said, I recently had purchased a hard drive and a few days later, that same hard drive had a promotional discount. I contacted Newegg Customer Service and they responded that "we don't offer any protection on the price or promotion." While I disagree with the policy (any retail store would honor a sale price post-purchase), I was still awarded a credit for the difference.

Thank you Newegg for listening to my concern and continuing to keep your customers happy. I'll continue to keep my business with Newegg anytime I need to build a new machine or make any repairs."

"I purchased number of products from Newegg. This is the first time, when I got a product which didn't work for me - DVI-I to VGA instead of DVI-D to VGA adapter.
Newegg refunded me the cost and as it was just a few dollars, I dind't even have to ship it back. The whole issue took maybe 3 minutes to resolve. Newegg rock."

"I have been a loyal customer of Newegg for nearly 7 years but recent interaction with Newegg has left me put off. When ordering from Newegg I normally do next day or 2 day shipping and get what I order within the estimated times. However for my most recent order I chose next day shipping and as I did not want a chance for delay I also chose rush processing, this order was placed at Noon PST. From my order I had two different starting points, one from TN and one from CA and both said shipped as of that evening and UPS had estimated the next day delivery. So the next day comes and only the package from TN has arrived and so I contact UPS wherein they told me the CA package was never fulfilled by Newegg and thus not shipped the previous day, I contacted Newegg and was told that they could not see any issue with the order and it may still be in route for that day and so I waited and nothing came. Then the weekend came and had to wait 2 more days for an order I needed before the weekend. Then come Monday I contact Newegg to see what had happened and was told off by the representative which made me feel like an unvalued customer. Needless to say I will only order from Newegg when there is no alternatives from now on."

"I am not too computer literate, so when someone told me that I should get a mechanical keyboard for better feel and accuracy I did. The only problem I ordered a keyboard used by gamers. You can imagine the surprise on my face when I opened the box and there was no ten key pad. I put it back in the box and call New Egg to see if I could return the keyboard and get a new one with a ten key pay. I did my research and decided to order the brown key board. When I talked to the customer service rep Nora.P.Ramirez, she was very helpful and when I told her my story she waived the restock fee. I have ordered my new keyboard and it should be here within two days. No shipping and no hassle. I will continue to purchase all computer equipment from New Egg. John Heymann, Yelm WA"

"Beware of buying CPU's and motherboards from Newegg. If they send you a damaged product, then they might refuse your return by inferring that you damaged the pins on either the motherboard or CPU.

The motherboard they sent me almost caught on fire. It released smoke and burned a part of my computer case. Before I sent back the motherboard, I visually inspected the CPU pins to see that they were not damaged or bent. Newegg returned the motherboard back to me with bent pins and refused to give me a refund.

I did some research and found that this is NOT the first time Newegg has done this. If you look through ResellerRating reviews, this has happened before.
