After a week of no shipment confirmation I confronted the company about this and was treated to a set of fine print. Fantastic. On top of all the other useless information I get bombarded with daily, I now need to pay attention to fine print when placing an internet order. DON\u0027T THINK SO. If product is available, I expect it to ship right away. An e-tailer who wants to my business must align to the industry best practices, instead of hiding behind fine print and disclaimers. <br><br>If merchant\u0027s respect for your time and speed of delivery are important to you and you don\u0027t want to be a hostage to dumb and inefficient business practices, spend your dollars elsewhere. <br><br>Also lookout for the cheery all thumbs and toes up reviews which reference \u0022fast shipping\u0022. I was most happy with the customer service. The shipment of tomatoes had split open during shipping, leaking some tomatoes. I wrote them an email explaining the situation. Their response was quick, helpful and beyond willing to help solve the situation. I got a new shipment of tomatoes at my door three days later.
