"I've had mixed experience with this company. I ordered porcini mushrooms from them few years ago and was very impressed: great mushrooms and the price was unbeatable. When i ran out of them recently i was not hesitating about ordering again. What i received was 2 packages of mushrooms covered in white spots. They call it something naturally occurring, i call it mold. I have picked and dried enough mushrooms in my life to know that if a fresh mushroom is picked and dried there won't be anything white on it. It seems that they sell cheap products and the quality is hit or miss: you may get lucky or you may not. They don't answer emails, you have to call if you have an issue. They did not mind it if i returned the product but the shipping here and back would be on me. When ordering from this company a person is taking a risk in my opinion: you may score or you may loose. I am staying away from them from now on.
I wonder if they changed their name from nutsonline.com because of all the bad reviews they received under that name? Well, the name may be different but the service is still the same."

"I ordered a bag of cashews and a bag of macadamia nuts, both were extremely stale, and the free dried figs they threw in were uber dry and nasty. I emailed and asked what my options were and the reply I got was "we can give you a store credit." I complained and they said they could refund the cost of the product but not the $10.08 shipping cost. This is very disappointing. Why would a place that specializes in nuts send stale nuts???"
"I have ordered from this place a few times and have been delighted at every transaction. The treats come very fast and the quality is amazing. The only downside to this place is that it has left me very unsatisfied with the dried fruits and nuts that I am forced to buy at the supermarket when my nuts.com shipment runs out. I have brought their energy treats along on many backpacking adventures and have to bring a bag of their trail mix to all of my climbing trips. My mom is especially fond of their dried cherries and macadamia nuts that she buys every year for her Christmas cookies. I have not received a single bad thing from this company, and recently got to share their site with a good friend who is struggling with a mandatory Gluten Free diet. She was so excited to see the wide range of products available and sent off an order right away. This place can be a life saver!!!"

I've ordered from NutsOnline (now nuts.com) for quite a few years now- actually since the early 2000s. The quality of the food is excellent. I've heard customer service is good as well but I can't remember having to interact with them.
I've ordered various nuts, dried fruit items, coffees and miscellaneous gift baskets. The freshness of the items is noticeably better than what one usually finds at the supermarket. As a result, nuts.com has some of the tastiest snacks around and has helped me kick my potato chip addiciton. Also, speed of delivery is amazing. Keep up the good work."
