"I've had my Fujifilm X10 camera now for almost a month and I really like this camera a lot. The service from OneCall was as good as it gets. The salesperson, Chad, was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. He worked with me in an "emergency" situation in that I had ordered this same camera through Amazon but it never arrived, in fact, Amazon had no record of the order at all and I was leaving to go on vacation the very next day. I was able to find out that Amazon was the "go between" for the order in which the camera was coming from OneCall anyway. So, with this bit of information, I called OneCall directly and ended up ordering from them with very personalized service from a "real person" which is always my preference. I was told of an "open box" X10 and ended up purchasing that camera instead of the advertised used version of the same... for only a few dollars more. This was a new camera with full USA factory warranty at a substantial discount off retail. My whole experience with OneCall was great and I will be contacting Chad again. Living out in the Pacific is challenging when you are doing on line orders. Many of the large retail chains give you a hard time with shipping using the USPS. No such problem with OneCall. They were very willing to accomodate my shipping needs using the post office. The other option FedEx and UPS would have cost me more than the product was worth. So for those of you looking for great prices on the internet and dont stay in the mainland, OneCall is the answer! Good prices, great customer service and I am sure a host of other goodies for the asking.

I needed overnight shipping and it was near the cut-off time for them to get it shipped out that day. I called in after making my order online to try and ensure the shipment and the rep on the phone was more than helpful and assured me she had it coordinated to be on the trucks that day. Sure enough, I received the camcorder the very next day. Great service and follow through from OneCall!"

Chad, the sales representative I spoke to worked with me on matching a lower price I found on the internet. He shipped it right out and it arrived quickly. The second purchase was for a Canon 5D Mk3. I had called, and spoke to Chad, he remembered me from the camera backpack. He advised he didn't think he would have any left from the pre-orders. He called me back later that day and said they got the cameras in, and he has extras if I was interested. I was leaving for a photo trip to northern AZ, and we worked out him shipping it to AZ where I was able to pick it up and use it on this trip. Another associate there, Patrick was helpful in making sure I got the camera on the day I needed it to arrive. Chad called me today to see how th4e trip went and to follow up on the camera. These guys know customer service and I will purchase from them again."
